Laziness Putting Lives at Risk Nothing New ?

When Dormont Pool was opened in early 1900's it was one of the largest and most modern around  it had modern flush toilets in the dressing rooms and running showers. Little would any one know that part of that modern system septic tanks the size of truck trailers would  put lives at risk in 2013  because they where never removed or collapsed after modern sewer lines where installed .But thats exactly what happened earlier this year.  It started with a small hole in the lot which kept getting bigger and what did they find large concrete septic tanks which where suppose to have been removed  in the 30's when modern sewer lines where added. But as you can see the contractors never did so and put many lives at risk when the hole started to open.

Hole now filled in

Of course this has always been the case around here several times now when construction work has been started grave sites which where suppose to have been moved where not but the contractors where paid for the work anyways. So as you can see laziness is nothing new it goes all the way back to the times of the bible thats why you always have to be on guard for your personnel safety because those charged with making sure it is do not always follow thru.
