Honeywell sold bad 24 hour back up batterys for Lynx then took almost a year to decide they where defective after all and screwed all their dealrs

 2019  Honeywell  had a bad batch of 24 hour extended back up battery's they sold for the Lynx panels.

when you plugged them in the would not charge up and in couple cass they blew the DC transformer.

So play the game take them back and get a new one and same result.

Play the game again and again . it finally took them a whole year to finally decide they had bad batteries and recall them

Ends up they bought a bunch of 2 year old stock of batteries   and where stuck with them  so they stuck us dealers with them instead of admitting they made a mistake and replacing them. 

 and Honeywell wonders why they keep losing sales and dealers
